Suzuki GS 750 Brat

Tried to rebuild the rear end. After I cut the frame I took a second rear end and shortened it quite a bit. Swipe to see the difference. I'm still not that happy with the rear section of the bike. It's still to long. What do you think?

Made a new seat cover. Since the seat pan was in quite bad shape I had to clean that up and paint it as well. I reused the old foam. The result isn't perfect but it's done. Im general I'm not too happy with the seat itself so I might make another one that's a bit smaller.

Got a new 4 1/2" headlight in the mail today. It's quite a bit smaller than the old one (swipe to see the old setup) but still can't mount it as far back as I want it because the speedo cable is still in the way. What do you think? Any suggestions on how to fix the problem with the speedo cable?

Already posted this two days ago but just realized it didn't upload. Not really amused that I have to typ it all again but here we go. Since I couldn't finde the right spot to mount my turn signals I decided to go for bar end turn signals. This also gives me the chance to not use any turn signals on the rear end. The wiring was quite a challenge for me because with this setup I only had two turn signals in total instead of the original four. I solved the problem by using two resistors that matched the original turn signals. It definitely isn't the cleanest way to do it but I don't really have a clue about wiring. The whole topic got a lot more complicated because with the new cockpit setup I'm now only running one indicator light for both sides of turn signals. Before both sides had a separate indicator light so they could easily be wired in parallel with the turn signals. For the new setup I had to use diodes to keep the turn signals from flashing all at the same time. For some this might be common sense but it took me quite some time and for me this all still sounds like rocket science. Saying I don't know much about wiring is quite the understatement, I really don't know sh*t. So if you have any tips on how I could've done this in a better way let me know.

Since I replaced the original cockpit I also had to make a new bracket for the ignition lock and I thought when I'm already on it I might as well relocate it and put it under the gas tank. Makes it look much cleaner. What do you think?
