Tried to rebuild the rear end. After I cut the frame I took a second rear end and shortened it quite a bit. Swipe to see the difference. I'm still not that happy with the rear section of the bike. It's still to long. What do you think?

With all the plastic off it doesn't look that ugly anymore.

Made a new seat cover. Since the seat pan was in quite bad shape I had to clean that up and paint it as well. I reused the old foam. The result isn't perfect but it's done. Im general I'm not too happy with the seat itself so I might make another one that's a bit smaller.
