Did a full head gasket repair on the CB, I was leaking a little oil onto the fins. Now just for tuning the carburetors.
New headlight arrived from eBay. Re-terminated all connections in headlight and operating as expected.
Front suspension fully rebuilt. New seals, 15W fork oil, and plugs and copper washers underneath.
Made some decent progress on the CB200T. Got the rear fender mounted and the turn signals in place. Seat doesn’t interfere with any of the electronics which is good news. Decided to redo the seals on the front forks, and generally clean up the front suspension. Additionally, replaced the front brake pads, ultrasonically cleaned and re-greased the front brake assembly.
After de-rusting the fender I bought off eBay, I went to grinding and cutting it down to make it a little more low profile. Had to get creative on mounted the turn signals within the fender but overall, very happy with how it turned out.
