Did a full head gasket repair on the CB, I was leaking a little oil onto the fins. Now just for tuning the carburetors.

New headlight arrived from eBay. Re-terminated all connections in headlight and operating as expected.

Front suspension fully rebuilt. New seals, 15W fork oil, and plugs and copper washers underneath.

Made some decent progress on the CB200T. Got the rear fender mounted and the turn signals in place. Seat doesn’t interfere with any of the electronics which is good news. Decided to redo the seals on the front forks, and generally clean up the front suspension. Additionally, replaced the front brake pads, ultrasonically cleaned and re-greased the front brake assembly.

After measurements and a few trials pieces, I got the turn signal mounts dialed in on the 3D printer. We’ll see how these hold up with the high pipe exhaust. Good news is I’ve got some PETG that can help with the thermal load.
