New.. Air inlet rubbers?? Does anyone know how to fix the common problem where the yamaha xvs 650 / v-star 650 / dragstar seems to be running lean but the air adjustment bolt doesn't help at all?

First ride out with my uncle who has a beautiful xvs650, pretty much the same bike but still so different. He's the reason i decided to buy my dragstar in the first place

Finished the bike today, sound is awesome and everything is working the way i want it. The blinkers still blink a bit too fast but ill connect another resistor to get that sorted. Hoping for better weather soon :) more pictures will come, comment if u wonder anything

@jack.ramsay Thanks man! It's not too bad, if i get to the point where i feel uncomfortable riding the bike ill throw on some springs under the seat. The centered suspension is one of the main reasons i bought the bike and it's working as promised, of course ur gonna sacrifise some comfort if u compare to the original seat

Mounted my rear fender, it was a bit too narrow so i had to hammer it down a bit and repaint it. I also got the licenseplate holder in place and mounted my taillight next to the wheel #bobber #xvs650 #dragstar

Installed headlight, blinkers and front wheel but didn't get a pic of the finished installation, need to install 2 more resistors since i switched to led and they blink too fast.. Anyone got any ideas on how to get hands on a rear fender that would fit smooth with the softtail? #dragstar #bobber #xvs #650
