Had to raise the engine front and back so the chain would clear the swingarm

Oversize on the pistons and a new clutch. Do to the new swing arm I had to tilt the engine forward so the chain could cleared the swing.

So the beautiful tank got me to change my plans off the bike. The first this I had to do was to shorten the forks. I made 120mm nylon spacers and I was real happy with the result.

The frame had two bars going to the steering head but with the monark fuel tank we found we had to convert to a single bar. In the 70-80th Japans steel was shit and you can see how they solved it.. layer on layer to strengthen the frame.
