Honda CB750 -74 Café Racer

Anyone with an idea of how the get this bolt off? I have been trying rust remover, cutting the bolt to get a better shape for a flat screw driver but it is completely stuck. It was really damaged when I started so I guess someone else have been struggling before me

You can weld a bolt on the screw, or punch the side with a sharp chisel

Have been working on getting the right shape of the top tree. Not really there yet but when I am done, this will be fully polishes

It will be a lot of polish and chrome on this bike. 1/2 forks polished

Frame is clean from parts and unnecessary mounts for the future, cleaner look. Some welding before blasting and powder coating

Engine is out and I am now trying out my custom seat from tuffside to figure out the shape and form of the frame hoop
