The last update I posted about the Honda CB750F RC04 1982 Bol D'or Cafe Racer project was some time ago, when a new fuel tank and seat had just been built for the motorcycle and the electronics were updated. Unfortunately, these updates of the bike have been for nothing, due to a serious accident I had with the bike 2 years ago on May 18, 2020. At first I didn't want to have anything with motorcycles anymore after that accident and al the injurys and fractures that i had, but it started coming again the feeling for motorcycles. Now almost 2 years later we have started rebuilding the motorcycle and it is already starting to look like something again.
Clean wiring harness for the Honda CB750 Bol D'Or 1982. Updating the wiring for the bike to a more modern level, With a Mo.unit Blue and a Mo.lock and also the buttons on the steering wheel are of motogadget. Everything is neatly concealed under a steel plate that is fixed to the frame with some bolts. This comes under the seat, so everything looks verry clean and tidy. Today new photos of the end result how the tank and the seat have become. The seat is compared to the previous 1.5 cm lower to get the line with the tank in a nicer shape. This was the old polyester tank that unfortunately can no longer be used with the today's petrol. This has unfortunately been solved on the inside. The new aluminum tank has become a copy of our old tank so that we can fully rebuild the bike to the state it was in terms of color and style. Build by J&J Cafe Racers since 2013
