Well it’s been a very long time since I’ve updated this. Haven’t gotten crazy much done but I do now have the gsxr1000 wheel mounted and the chain lining up! Also just made the seat pan and hump from fibreglass, I’ll start updating this again. Feel free to ask any questions on anything!

Rear end custom brackets welded up, new rear bearings, shaped a piece of foam roughly the way I like it and started making some headlight mounts. Not the final result of the brackets by any means but it’s a start

Fabricated brackets to fit a gsxr 1000 rear end, for whatever reason it’s not allowing me to Center the wheel at all and therefore rubs. 1 step forward and 2 steps back, next problem to solve

Little progress today, removed motor and got the bike sitting at eye level ( much easier to work on) unfortunately also discovered a small crack at the top of the block. Will figure it out. Next step will be to mount the gsxr1000 rear wheel and disc brake on the back. Going to fabricate a bracket that will extend my swing arm 2” or so to accommodate the 180 wide rear tire. Any pointers are appreciated!
