Coming to the end now. Many hours spent stripping tank and sanding back, going to keep it bare metal, found Aradrol metal conditioner works extremely well to keep it exposed and prevent rust. Electrical tray looks the part and houses everything comfortably. Lights and horn internally wired in bars with nice tidy small unit. Started motor removed and blanked, took about 6kg off overall weight of bike. HEL braided hoses front and back with new small front master cylinder from Kuna customs. Still have to fill in around rear light in frame to tidy up, fabricate brass bracket for licence plate, another coat of black dye on seat, spray silencers black, then kick the bitch over and see if she comes back to life!
