Carbs are back in the bike. There was a hole in the main fuel line coming from the gas tank which had to be replace. But on the bright side the bike is finally running !!

Carbs have been removed to see if that’s the issue. Primary and secondary jets all plugged. Couple hours to clean and reassemble and then they will be back in the bike for testing

Fairing almost reinstalled at this point! Had some issues with the heat shield sticking on so had to use some hot glue. Clearly the clips were measured on painted fairings because they had to be shaved in order to fit.

Picked up the next project before my trip offshore. All original 1983 cb1000c. Going towards a muscle cafe build but all original parts will be kept and unaltered seeing the parts are so old. Will be tricky to work with the stock frame for the rear but will be a fun challenge.

Before I sold the bike to go towards the next project. Final outcome was flipped mirrors, exhaust, flush tail lights and front turn signals. On to the next one!
