Everybody loves a carb clean. Made my own soda blaster which worked ok, had them dipped in an ultrasonic tank as well just to make sure. Then had them painted in cerakote, silver and black.

Rebuilding any engine is satisfying but when it’s been painted and you finally put it all together....🍆😆

After the full engine strip down, it was to then strip off the old paint and add some fresh satin black powder coat.

Before I stripped the bike I did ride it around for about a month, breaking down several times but fixing it each time just by wiggling the wiring loom in different places. That loom went straight in the bin and you can see why
