So, UK MOT rules say I need a number plate light. So after a revision of the 3d printed number plate mount, I now have a 12V battery operated led number plate light incorporated to it. Printed in ASA to withstand the weather and sun and bloody strong. Got to love being able to fabricate your own parts from scratch

Bike is about back together, just need to re solder the hand control cables. I took the time to pull the main loom out the back bone and rip out all the cables, tape, solder, badness that was in there from whenever fitted the Dakota dashboard. The good news is knits off and gone! Nearly back on the road with a much tidier front and back end and more impotently a working Speedo

While I’m at it… may as well replace the bars. T Bars are coming off and mild bars going on 👌🏻
Completely gutting the electrics as the previous owner had done work done and it’s a mess, no wonder Speedo doesn’t work. Fun fiddly work
Finally the correct mount! All fitted and torqued up, get it started tomorrow and see how we are running
