Progress has been slow.. But handlebar is on, along with brake cylinder, clutch lever. Bit more wiring done !

Mudguard is all smoothed over and painted, the original mudguard was 2 individual parts, one plastic and the second was a heavy lump of chrome plated steel. It may of been the fashion for bikes back in the day but I couldn't stand it.. This fibreglass mudguard is 1 piece and weighs less than half of the original, very pleased with how it's all turning out, just got to drill the holes and bolt the mudguard to the mounting points at the top!

Aluminium tray to hold the regulator and other bits for the electrics. Ignition barrel will be under my ass when I'm riding to give the handle bars I more minimalistic look!

Purchased April 2020, rode for a couple of months as original when the fuel tank started leaking onto the engine, stripped wiring, new tyres (although now I'd like to get the rims respoked, searched high and low for a new tank, got it powder coated (colour looks different depending on the light). Glass fibre rear mudguard and seat base. Aluminium box to sit where battery/ flasher relay was to contain all the electric bits, complete rewire is the biggest job with the ignition barrel to be moved to under the seat (nearside)

6 sparks
